We are a local fresh pasta company that wanted to bring the taste of Italy to Maine! We use our own farm fresh eggs, semolina and durum flour, salt and water to bring the best quality pasta to you! Offering our fresh pasta, a gluten free option, a few flavored pastas like basil and sriracha, and our new fresh/frozen raviolis. Also a variety of different shapes, from the classic spaghetti and rigatoni, to some more fun shapes like our mafaldine and fisarmoniche. Our pasta takes only 60 seconds to cook and has 9 grams of protein, so it is perfect for those with a busy schedule but still want to eat good! email: petrullofarms@gmail.com Summer Vendor
